HIGHLIGHTS
birth of my daughter in january. moving to a house with a garden. playing with tony conrad in dundee. having the opportunity to form an eleven piece ensemble for a concert in norway (thanks michael duch). my new quartet with toshi nakamura, tisha mukaji and tomas korber. lots of solo tam tam shows. meeting all the great guys at the ideal festival in gothenburg (thanks joachim). the once a year sealed knot show in london. avanto festival in helsinki (thanks marko). i and e festival in dublin (thanks david, paul and dennis).

LOWLIGHTS
the passing of derek bailey. having to listen to gavin bryars self promotional speech at derek's funeral. playing with tony conrad in dundee. not enough sleep and healthy living. the expense of moving to a house with a garden.
