2009

Finally getting to see Akio Suzuki perform. Likewise Phill Niblock. My new collaboration with Jonathan McHugh. Oceans of Silver and Blood getting better and better. Having two opportunities in 2009 to put my large group, The Seen, together for public performance. Otomo's piano feedback piece at Cafe Oto in London. Playing in Aberdeen with Burkhard Beins, Bill Thompson and Will Guthrie. Lee Patterson's recording of an egg frying. Getting my hands on a bunch of bootlegs by Miles' Quintet tour of Europe in 1967. And finally, a new Sealed Knot release, our first in three years.

Happy New Year.
